Luxury adults only resort for couples and singles. Galley Bay is popular with new and returning guests who enjoy it's quiet location nestled in lush tropical gardens and the choice of accommodation. The reort is wonderfully maintained, and the cottages, rooms and suites are of the highest standards. The luxury beach front rooms and suites and the thatched roofs of the garden Gauguin Cottages give a distinctly Pacific feel. Understated yet elegant the hotel offers a quality all inclusive service with good facilities.  

The Seagrape is the main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Gauguin is a more intimate dining experience which is open for casual lunches and a more formal dinner. Galley Bay now has a third restaurant Ismay's, which has a new menu which includes cocktails and canapes followed by a six course gourmet meal ($35pp supplement for Ismay's).

There is regular live evening entertainment. There is also a secluded beach bar popular for sunset hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. A beachside wooden deck links the Sea Grape restaurant and Sunset Bar to reception which houses a small library.

Guests can rent bicycles, play tennis, exercise in the gym and use the free non-motorised watersports on offer at the beach. Golf can be played at a nearby 18 hole course and St John's offers a variety of shops, boutiques and restaurants.  

Gauguin Cottages have a private splash pool and sun deck and are located in the gardens, close to the bird sanctuary. Gauguin Cottages are two thatched rondavels which connect a separate air conditioned bedroom (king bed) and a private bathroom (showers only).  
Superior Beachfront rooms are located directly on the beach with a private patio & shower. Rooms have a king bed and en-suites with showers only. Beachfront patios with sea views.
Deluxe Beachfront rooms ground or first floor rooms, with King bed. En-suites with showers only. Second floor suites have spectacular ocean views from the balconies. Groundfloor patios are spacious.
Premium Beachfront Suites are very luxurious with a king bed and spacious sunken living room with a private furnished terrace or patio. En-suites bathrooms have ‘his and hers’ showers and large bath tub.

DRESS CODE for evening dining is smart casual and shoes must be worn. For gents, collared shirts and long trousers (no jeans or 3/4 length trousers). Shorts, trainers and t-shirts are not permitted.
