The Verandah Antigua is set in 30 beachfront acres on Antigua's northeast coast overlooking a tranquil bay. The Verandah's idyllic Caribbean village ambience is bound to inspire closeness and relaxation. It's the perfect choice for romantic getaways or family holidays, with the perfect mix of activity and relaxation. There are three restaurants and four bars and lounges keep to keep visitors refreshed both day and night.  

The Verandah hotel, lies adjacent to a National Park and its grounds incorporate marked nature trails, two soft white-sand beaches and tranquil waters on a protected covelike bay - just perfect for swimming or snorkeling in its crystal clear waters. The resort's expansive, shimmering free form pool is the island's largest, an excellent spot for lounging in the sun or enjoying a cooling dip. Airport transfers take about 30 minutes and the resort is located 30 minutes to St John's Antigua's capital.

The resort offers non-motorised water sports, including windsurfing, Sunfish sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, and hobie-style catamaran sailing. On land, guests can enjoy tennis and table tennis, or enjoy the spacious, well-equipped fitness center. The expansive Tranquility Spa offers a host of soothing treatments. Parents can completely unwind while kids enjoy the beach and Kid's Club activities at the children’ club which provides child care for toddlers from 2 years and above (toddlers must be potty trained otherwise parents have to remain with them).  

All suite resort, with single story suites located over the gardens and on both bays. All are air conditioned and spacious with over 700 square feet and classic Caribbean style architecture and furnishings, all with private verandahs offering beautiful water views. Each has the look and feeling of a cosy Caribbean cottage, all are well equipped modern facilities to make your stay a pleasurable experience. In fact everything you need for a luxury Caribbean villa vacation, plus the convenience of a full service resort. Two Bedroom Villas are also available which sleep up to 6.

ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN: Includes, breakfast, lunch dinner, all drinks (wine by the glass, local beers, soft drinks) non motorised watersports (windsurfing, sunfish sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, hobbie cats). There is a USD$30 per adult and child supplement at Nicole's Restaurant (optional fine dining restaurant).  

Accommodation Hillside, Waterview and Waterfront Suites all have one king size bed, with a small wall divide and an open plan living area with a double pull out sofa bed and sleep a maximum of 4 people including children (16 years and under) and infants. Bathroom with tub, shower, his and her sink. Room safe, TV, Mini fridge, microwave, a wet bar with coffee/tea making facilities and iron/ironing board. The vista and location varies by suite category.
2 Bedroom Villas - have two bedrooms both with en-suites, a spacious living area with flatscreen TV and pull out queen sofabed and a balcony. A great choice for families and sleep a max of 6 adults or 2 adults 4 children (min age of 2 years up to 16 years old). The are situated on top of the hill with a dedicated pool and gardens, with garden views.
WaterFront Spa Suites NEW for 2013: for singles and couples, for luxurious SPA holidays. Suites have king beds only and a double sleeper sofa. Include a 45 minute treatment per day per guest from a selected Spa menu. Spa treatments not given on arrival or departure days.

The Verandah has been awarded the Green Hotel Certification for commitment to meet the highest international standards in regards to the environment, conservation and corporate responsibility. The resort's daily operation is geared towards ecological preservation of the surrounding environment.  

DRESS CODE for evening dining is smart casual and shoes must be worn. For gents, collared shirts and long trousers. Shorts, trainers and t-shirts are not permitted.  

Honeymoons and Weddings Honeymooners receive sparkline wine and fruit on arrival. 25% discount on Spa treatments and 50% reduction on the resort's catamaran tours. Honeymoons also receive a suite upgrade from a Hillside to a WaterFront Suite when staying between 01 May - 30 Sep 2013 (book by 28 Feb 2013). Honeymooners, must present a wedding certificate of less than 6 months on arrival. Complimentary Weddings, when booking WaterView Suite or higher suite category for a minimum of 12 nights (for 7 - 11 nights the Wedding cost will be charged). Wedding includes decorated location for wedding, one tier cake, flowers for couple, bottle of sparkling wine, and all local ceremony fees and Registrar costs.  

Family Holidays child age 2 - 11 years and youth/teenagers age 12 - 16 years. Family holiday discount when family shares a room. No accommodation cost for infants under 2 years and cots can be requested. Contact us for family quotes.
