Almond Beach Village is a large property set in spacious grounds and boasting 330 well appointed rooms and suites whilst offering an extensive choice of facilities and activities for both adults and children. There are 10 pools plus 2 open air whirlpools, there is also a “children free” part of the resort with 3 adults-only swimming pools so adults can find their own quiet spot in the sun. Eating and drinking options are vast and guests can choose from 4 restaurants (La Smarrita is reserved for adults only), a pizzeria, ice-cream parlour, and 6 bars. Room service is available for lunch and dinner.

Evenings bring the opportunity to enjoy authentic Bajan cuisine, alongside international favourites at the hotel’s informal Garden restaurant, with buffet-style and table d’hote menus. After dinner relax in the Lobby bar where there is regular evening entertainment including steel pan and local bands.

You can bop the night away in the night club and also enjoy a floor show in entertainment lounge 3 nights per week. Sporting facilities are numerous and include a 9 hole pitch & putt golf course (clubs and cayman balls extra), 4 floodlit tennis courts, 2 squash courts and a fitness gym. If that’s not enough then choose from an array of inclusive watersports such as water-skiing, sailing, snorkelling, kayaks, banana boat rides, windsurfing, reef fishing and aqua bikes (watersport age restrictions apply). Spa facilities are available 20 minutes away at sister hotel Almond Beach Club & Spa (adults only). Children, and their parents, will love the great range of daily organised activities (for kids aged 4 and-a-half to 12 years old) and there is a nursery for little ones under 4 and-a-half. Activities include things like painting, dance lessons, pool games, video & computer games, movies and much.

One Bedroom Suite spacious rooms with a bedroom (one king bed) and adjoining living room (with sleeper sofa) which leads to the patio or balcony with garden/pool views. Upgrade to an Ocean or Beachfront suite. Sleep 4 adults or 2 adults + 3 children up to 16 years of age. A single rollaway bed can be requested for the 3rd child.
Family Suite large family suites have the same spacious amenities as other rooms and suites on property, but provide two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, rooms interconnect, the bedding varies by property, but there is certainly enough to sleep the whole family. Maximum 4 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults and 2 children. Minimum of 2 children. Child age (0-16years inclusive).

Spread over 32 acres of garden at the northern end of the West coast and bordering a one mile stretch of beach close to Speightstown. Transfers to the international airport take approximately one hour and you can walk into Speightstown in 5 minutes. Taxis and buses are close by so getting down the West coast is easy enough.

DRESS CODE for evening dining is smart casual. Collared shirts, long trousers and shoes must be worn. Shorts, trainers and sleeveless t-shirts are not permitted. NON-SMOKING policy in the rooms, lounges/bars, restaurants and areas serving food and public areas.

The Almond Casuarina is another family resort close to St Lawrence Gap. The adults only resort, the Almond Beach Club, is located on the West Coast, a shuttle runs between the resorts.
