Butterfly Beach Barbados, is a small and friendly hotel close to the quiet town of Oistins where life is casual and low key. There is a choice of standard rooms which have no self catering facilites or well appointed Superior Studios which have kitchenettes which are ideal for Barbados self catering holidays. It is an ideal place to stay with easy access to the many attractions Barbados has to offer.

Airport transfers take approximately 15 minutes and getting to Bridgetown takes around 15 minutes. Located on the south coast facing Maxwell Beach a quiet stretch of fine sandy beach. Butterfly Beach is just over one mile from the fishing town of Oistins. Although the resort's facilities are limited there is still plenty to see and do with a regular local bus service close by.

The restaurant and beach bar is informal and opens for buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch, daytime snacks, and dinner daily, serving continental and Caribbean cuisine. There's regular weekly entertainment and daily happy hours. Located directly on the sea, the new restaurant deck is the perfect romantic spot to enjoy a meal or a cool tropical drink. Indoors, the bar also provides a large-screen TV for those all-important sporting events, a pool table, and lounge seating.

The fresh water swimming pool has a large sun deck and the views across the sea from here are gorgeous. Money can be changed at the hotel and there is a beauty salon. There is a small mini mart across the road which sells basic provisions. Larger shops and a supermarket can be found in Oistins. Taxis and buses pass close by so popping to Oistins or St Lawrence Gap is pretty easy. A small selection of watersports can be found on the beach such as windsurfers, kayaks, boogie boards, sailing dinghies and snorkeling equipment.

Butterfly Beach accommodation: Rooms and Studios sleep 2 persons with either two twin beds or one king bed and a maximum of 1 child under 12 (on rollaway bed). Two bed apartments sleep 4, Superior Studios interconnect (on request basis) sleeps 4.
Superior Island View Studio has a kitchenette, balcony or patio, two twin beds or one king bed.
Superior Ocean View Studio, with balcony or terrace, kitchenette and only one king bed.
One Bedroom Island View Apartment - Sleep 4 adults with A/C in bedroom only with two twin beds or one king bed, plus a sofa bed.
Two Bedroom Island View Apartment - connecting Suprior Studios for families on request, sleeps max 4 adults with 1 child.

Optional meal plans Buffet Breakfast (full breakfast, plus fruits, pastries, cereals, juice and tea / coffee) from £45 pp per/week. Full Board (all meals and house brand drinks, wine and cocktails from £255 pp per/week. Bottled water and bar snacks not included.
