Flight requests
Online advance flight requests can be done by the passengers flying on Virgin Atlantic or British Airways.
Seat requests are not guaranteed by the airline. You will need your flight booking reference and surname for one passenger.
This information will be sent to you prior to departure with your e-tickets.
If you're not able to request seats online, don't be concerned as airlines keep an allocation of seats at check-in.
Extra leg room seats have to be booked directly with the airline (charges apply). Passengers must be able bodied and over
16 years to sit in the emergency exit rows. See seating policy on the airline's websites.
Passengers who require airport or flight assistance, should inform us at the time of booking, so suitable arrangements can be made.
British Airways
You can
manage your British Airways flights online.
You can make advance seat requests, set meal preferences then check-in online and print your boarding card.
Extra leg room seats can only be purchased online 14 to 4 days prior to departure. For more information please read the

British Airways do not require passengers to reconfirm the flights, but recommend all passengers check the flight departure times for any changes, before going to the aiport. We highly recommend
all passengers add a mobile and email contact, onto their booking.
Virgin Atlantic
You can
manage your Virgin Atlantic flights online 24 hours before your flight departure. You can make advance seat
requests, set meal preferences then check-in and print your boarding card. Extra leg room seats can only be purchased at the check-in desk on departure day.
Virgin Atlantic recommend that ALL passengers reconfirm their homeward flights 48 hours before departure and passengers should
check the flight times have not changed. We recommend passengers add a mobile and email contact, onto their booking.
Monarch Airlines
Charter flight service to Tobago and Grenada. Operates one day a week from
Gatwick serving both islands. Economy and Premium Economy cabins. Download our

Passengers who require mobility assistance
For special assistance at the airport or on the aircraft, please notify us or the airline, at time of booking as notification must be
given to the airlines as soon as possible to provide the level of assistance you require. Passengers with impaired/no mobility, who
require assistance when ascending/descending aircraft stairs an Ambi-lift (Special Assistance Lift) to and from tarmac
to aircraft, must be requested in advance.
Check-in
We advise that all passengers arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure - even if you have used the
airlines' online service. Check in desks open 3 hours prior to flight departure, for long-haul flights.
Reconfirm your flights
All passengers should check homeward flights and flight times directly with the airline, at least 48 hours prior to your departure.
Passengers with inter-island Liat flights as part of their booking MUST reconfirm outbound, onward and return
flights directly with the airline, at least 4 days prior to your departure. Please ensure that you are told the flight
number AND flight times when you are given the information. Check the times with those on your tickets, incase they’ve
altered slightly since booking.
Airlines reserve the right to cancel your flight booking if you do not reconfirm your flights.

Caribbean Departure Tax
In the Caribbean, passengers are required to pay a local departure tax, at the airport when you leave.
Have the amount in local currency, or US. Infants and young children either do not pay or pay a reduced amount. Tax quoted in airports in local currency and US.
In some destinations the tax is included in the pre paid long-haul ticket cost. If you have multi centre travel arrangements which include LIAT flights, you will have to pay the tax (excludes transit through connections).
