La Source Resort in Grenada offers a luxury all inclusive holiday with a comprehensive daily program of health, fitness and beauty spa treatments designed to refresh and rejuvenate, all included. Set in 40 acres of lovely tropical gardens on the south western tip of Grenada and facing the secluded Pink Gin Beach. The Capital St George’s is approx 15 minute drive away.

There is a spacious air-conditioned gym offering weight training, aerobics and stretch classes, tennis courts (equipment provided), archery, volleyball, badminton, fencing, hiking, bicycle tours, guided walks and even a small 9 hole par 3 pitch & putt golf course, equipment and tuition provided at no extra charge. Guests receive one complimentary spa treatment daily in the Oasis spa (not on arrival and departure day). All Spa treatments are pre-booked by the resort and are non transferable. Additional luxury Spa treatments can be booked in resort and payed for locally. Open from 9am till 6pm.

La Source has three pool and a large sun terrace located close to the beach, with bar service to the pools and beach. There is Aquacise and pool and beach volleyball. On the beach the water sports centre offers a host of activities which include snorkeling, ocean kayaking, windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing, includes tuition at no extra charge. Introduction try dive available for beginners. Diving for certified divers included. For exisitng bookings booked before 28 Feb 2011, water skiing will be provided for stays up to 20th December 2011, after that date, water skiing will be withdrwan completely. For bookings made from 1 March 2011, water skiing is not complimentary.

A choice of four restaurants. Start the day in the air conditioned Garden Restaurant which serves buffet breakfast. Oscars Beach Bar & Restaurant serves lunch and dinner plus drinks throughout the day and evening (reservations required for evening dining). The Great House Restaurant is open for evening fine dining. There is also the informal, Café Deli which serves light lunches, smoothies and afternoon tea. Please note that the Garden Restaurant is not open for lunch everyday, a buffet lunch will be provided at Oscars Beach Bar instead. All restaurants operate on rotation. The Piano Bar stays open till late.

Dress code for restaurants: Daytime: Footwear and covered dry bathing suits. Evening after 7pm: Men - shirts (no t-shirts), long casual smart trousers (no beach shorts), closed shoes (no open sandals). Ladies - casual smart, shoes or dress sandals (no flip flops). We advise all guests take closed shoes for evening dining (no open sandals).

Guest rooms and suites at La Source are all very generous in size and luxurious with a four poster king bed (twin double beds on request). All have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, small balcony or terrace, CD radio, telephone, room safe, hairdryer, and mini fridge (stocked with water only). No TV's in guests rooms. En-suites all have a bath tub with shower (not a walk in shower). 110 and 220 Volt outlets (UK fittings). Free internet access is available at the computer stations in the media room and wireless in the Terrace Lounge. The Media Room has a TV lounge area.

No lifts to floors. Please contact us if you have limited mobility so we can request a suitable room.
Luxury Rooms are in a three-story building on an elevated position on a hill, located behind the Oceanfront accommodation. Sleep max 2 adults.
Luxury Ocean View Rooms are located as Luxury rooms, but on higher floors, with unrestricted ocean views. Sleep max 2 adults.
Luxury Oceanfront Rooms located on ground, first, third floors, closest to the beach and sea, with panoramic ocean views. Sleep max 2 adults.
Plantation Luxury suites are larger than the rooms with a sitting area with a bay window and a pullout sofa bed, larger balcony or patios. Ocean View and Ocean front available, located on various floors. One child aged 10 and over can stay with parents, between 1st May - 15 Sep 2012 only. Sleep max of 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Complimentary Free Weddings at LaSource, all year round (Wedding package - stay a min of 7 nts). Honeymoon and Anniversary celebrations with complimentary items, call for details.

Monarch and Virgin Atlantic fly once a week. Virgin Atlantic increase to twice weekly in Spring 2012. British Airways two flights a week, so alternative durations available. Regional departures and prices for flying in Premium and Upper Class are available. The resort is located close to the Grenada airport, but with only a few flights a week, there's minimal & infrequent aircraft noise.

Please Note SCUBA DIVING: La Source dive inclusion, per person/per room. Stay 7 to 9 nts = 3 dives. Stay 10 to 13 nts = 4. Stay 14 nts = 6. Subject to local weather conditions. Extra dives available, operated by Aquanauts Activities. Spa & Dive, not available 25 - 28 Dec and 31 Dec - 01 Jan.

Family Summer holidays at La Source: Minimum child age 16 years, except from 1 May - 15 Sep 2012, when the child age is reduced to 10 years and above. Room request for two doubles (child charged as an adult sharing with one adult). Plantation suites have pullout sofa beds (child charged a child rate, when sharing with with two parents).
