This first class resort is the winner of the Conde Nast 2011 World's Leading Spa award. A comprehensive health and well-being program, to pamper, revitalise, tone and rejuvenate guests, all within a heavenly tropical setting. Ideal for couples, friends, groups and solo travellers.

The Bodyholiday in St Lucia is a truly unique holiday experience for those wanting the chance to acquire new skills or simple relax and be pampered. Here you can do as much or as little as you desire.

All inclusive features, a choice of full or continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner daily. Unlimited premium brand drinks by the glass including beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.

There are 3 main restaurants: The Cariblue, which offers buffet style breakfast and a la carte dinner, The Clubhouse Grill which is open 6 nights a week and serves a barbecue or carvery and the TAO (reservations required in advance) serving East and West cuisine with authentic oriental flavours and Western influences. Also there is the The Deli, serving lighter, healthy options which include speciality salads and sandwiches. All restaurants are beach-side. Please note: some dishes carry a surcharge in Cariblue and TAO restaurants.

Two swimming pools an exercise pool and whirlpool, fitness centre, aerobics, relaxation classes with tai chi, yoga and meditation, dance classes, spin and spin max classes, bike tours, fencing, archery, volleyball, water-skiing, tennis, windsurfing and sailing. Tuition included for all activities. SCUBA - One free shore scuba-dive per day for qualified divers (boat dives at a charge) and a try dive for beginners. The Oasis Spa offers a full range of spa health and beauty treatments. LeSport Golf Academy with 4 practice holes, putting green and scheduled golf lessons included, 2 floodlit tennis courts and an archery range. An 18-hole course is available nearby at discounted rates for LeSport guests. Golf is not included, however the on-site golf clinic is complimentary to guests.

The Oasis Spa includes a personalised rejuvenation program with a range of treatments and therapies and includes Pavitra - the first Ayurvedic centre outside of India, using organic Indian products with traditional therapies. One Elemis Spa therapy is included per day during your stay (not arrival or departure days). Additional treatments available at local charge. LeSport encourages guests to register online in order to pre-request times for treatments. Treatments not available to children under 16 years. Closed on 25 December.

The resort has a large screen television in the Club House lounge, which is usually on only for major sports events. However, direct dial telephones and the internet cafe keeps you in touch with the outside world (local charge).

LeSport is 20 minutes away from St Lucia's Capital Castries, set in a secluded bay facing the Caribbean Sea on the northern tip of the island at Cap Estate. Set in 18 acres, the resort slopes down a hillside to the small and almost private Cariblue Beach. Transfers from Hewanorra airport in the South, take about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes depending. Helicopter transfers can be arranged to a local airport near Castries, at an extra charge and operate subject to weather and flight times, please contact us for details.

All rooms there are 154 guest rooms, all have air conditioning, balcony/terrace (except single rooms), shower or bath, bathrobes and hairdryer, telephone, mini-fridge (except single rooms) and safety deposit box. Please note: All rooms are non-smoking. No TV's in rooms. Luxury Rooms sleep a max of 3. Oceanfront rooms and all Suites sleep a maximum of 2. Single supplements apply to all room categories, higher than Standard Garden View Rooms.

Standard Garden View for singles, are of a generous size for a solo holidays and are fabulously furnished, have a queen bed and a garden view, they do not have balconies or a mini fridge.
Luxury Rooms have either a king bed or 2 beds (twin beds on request, subject to availability, or rollaway bed will be added). French doors open onto a furnished balcony or terrace with a garden view. Sleep a max of 3.
Luxury Ocean View Rooms – as Luxury rooms, but are on higher floors with pool/partial ocean views. Sleep a max of 3.
Premier Ocean View Rooms - as luxury Ocean view rooms, but are located on the highest level of the hotel with stunning ocean views. Have either a four poster king size bed or two queen beds. Sleep a max of 3.
Luxury Ocean Front Rooms – are located adjacent to the sea and feature an all-over body shower. Sleep 2.
Grand Luxury Front rooms and suites are available, please call. Junior Suites have an additional seating area and four poster bed. Oceanfront Suites have a separate bedroom and living area and four poster bed.

Child age Minimum age is 16 years, except 10 Jun - 04 Sep 2013, 7 Dec - 27 Dec 2013, 10 Apr - 11 May 2014, 11 Jun - 04 Sep 2014, 7 Dec - 28 Dec 2014, when the child age is reduced to 12 years. Children under 16 do not receive spa treatments.
