The Turtle Beach by rex resorts is friendly, unpretentious and right on the beachfront overlooking the Caribbean Sea, where giant Leatherback turtles lay their eggs from March through to July.
All rooms have sea views and are arranged in two and three storey stucco buildings in the beautifully manicured gardens. The main restaurant is the open-sided Kiskadee which overlooks the garden towards the sea and offers buffet, barbecue, and table d’hote dining options. Weekly entertainment features a variety of local entertainers and steel bands. Pre-dinner drinks can be taken in the relaxed Crusoe Bar and lounge.
Other hotel facilities include the superb new swimming pool, close to the beach, which has a swim-up bar an outdoor jacuzzi and generous sunbathing terraces. There is also a children's pool. Amenities include the beach front watersports centre that offers windsurfing, sunfish sailing and snorkelling equipment. Tennis courts are closed for refurbishment.
Turtle Beach is always popular and many guests who return for family all inclusive holidays. It is also ideal for couples and singles who want to relax and enjoy the wounderful beachfront location and friendly atmosphere.
Rexplorers kids' club (4-12 years), is available weekdays with a morning and afternoon session, by request only in resort (except public holidays).
The rooms all have sea views, are well furnished with air-conditioning with either king or twin beds and a patio or balcony - sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. The larger family Comfort rooms sleep 2 adults and 3 children, ideal for larger families, please call for a family quote, children (age 16 years and under). Two children can share with two adults in all rooms.
Family Summer Saving, two children stay FREE on all inclusive between 16 Jul to 2 Sep 2012 and 3rd child discount (when sharing a room with parents two children stay in the resort free and eat free). Get a quote for family holidays.
