The Coconut Bay Resort and Spa is set amidst a forest of coconut palms on 85 beautifully landscaped acres, on the lush tropical island of St. Lucia, in an oceanfront setting. The resort offers a superb range of exclusive facilities and a high level of service. The Coconut Bay Resort and Spa is superbly located just minutes from Hewanorra International Airport and lies in close proximity to many of the island's major attractions and adventure activities. The resort features rooms split in two distinct sections, one catering exclusively for couples and the other tailored towards families, with facilities to accompany both.
The facilities include 3 large swimming pools, a water park, kids club, tennis courts, volleyball, fitness centre, teen centre, 2 basket ball courts, health spa and a gift shop. The swimming pools include one adult only swimming pool; a water park with 2 chutes and a lazy river, the kids club also has its own water play feature.
The Coconut Bay Resort offers a range of dining options with 2 themed a la carte restaurants. Silk is their Asian restaurant and Bellagio is Italian. Each with early child-friendly sittings and later adults only times (reservations are required and a smart casual dress code applies, with no shorts or jeans). Main dining room for buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks from The Beachside Grill. Pizzeria open 11am to 5pm. There are 3 bars plus swim up pool bar at adult only pool. Nightly entertainment, including manager’s weekly cocktail party, nightclub and theme nights.
Accommodation at the Coconut Bay is exclusive and comfortable making it ideal for families and couples. 254 rooms on 4 floors in 4 buildings with 2 lifts in 2 wings - 'Harmony' (adults only) and 'Splash' (families and groups). All rooms have a balcony and garden or ocean view, sitting area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, clock radio, telephone, tea/coffee-maker, in room safe, iron and board, and hairdryer. Rooms sleep a maximum of 4 plus family interconnecting rooms sleep 6.
Deluxe Garden and Deluxe Ocean Rooms and are located in either the adults only area 'harmony' or the family 'splash' location, depending on the room types booked.
Please Note: As the hotel sits on the Atlantic side of the island, the ocean can be less calm than the Caribbean side. The resort's wading/swimming pools and fun water areas have been created for safe swimming for children.
